About Michelle Gold

Having both advanced methodological training and deep content knowledge, I have incubated and measured social change and organizational improvements in a variety of settings and sectors. A skilled facilitator, I enjoy engaging people in clear, transparent processes to work effectively together on common ground.  A partnership broker with a commitment to fostering effective networked action, I have supported collaborations through all phases of forming, governance, coordination and review. My experience includes a decade in senior leadership at a charity, leading public policy and province-wide initiatives that informed the agenda for taking action on mental health. I offer thoughtful advice on engaging stakeholders and creating trust-based relationships. I understand the dynamic environment in which funders, service providers and citizens co-exist. Recognized for these insights, I have served as an advisor on numerous local, provincial and national initiatives to improve social good.
