Michelle Gold works with human services, non-profits and networks to create opportunities, build collaboration, design solutions and measure results.

About Me

For over 25 years, I have worked with organizations and collaboratives to identify new opportunities, envision desired futures,  use innovative tools to design programs and services, and measure results.   My career has involved progressive positions in community engagement,  system planning,  service design,  evaluation,  applied research and informing public policy in a broad array of the human services;  including a decade in senior leadership with a non-governmental organization (NGO).   An out-of-the-box systems thinker with astute judgment,   I incorporate strategic thinking in all the work that I do.

My clients include provincial associations, networks, health and social service agencies and community-based projects.
